As a native Seattleite, I grew up in the Magnolia/Queen Anne area; not far from the Ballard Locks, Fisherman’s Terminal, and Fort Lawton (Discovery Park). Seattle, along with the rest of the world, has changed a lot since then but my appreciation for our lovely city and its neighborhoods has only deepened.
In 1995 I made a career change from working in the banking and thrift industries to becoming a real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate. My years in banking were primarily focused on helping people plan for their financial future and save for their retirement. My objective was to help them become financially independent upon retirement.
Buying a home also necessitates planning for future needs and weighing the available options. Much of the life we live today and in the future is shaped by the decision we make about the place we decide to call home. The city, community, and neighborhood we choose is a place of connections, relationships, and opportunities. It is my goal to help buyers make wise decisions in the process of purchasing a home that fits their current and future needs.
Homeowners in the Seattle area have experienced an amazing swing in the value of their property in recent years. But regardless of current market conditions the best way a seller can obtain top dollar for their home is by thoughtful preparation, marketing and pricing of their property. I employ the services of a professional stager and photographer to help my clients prepare their home for market so it makes a great first impression. By listing your home with me you are listing with an experienced and knowledgeable broker and Seattle’s preeminent real estate company, Windermere Real Estate.
